no it's not to stop young people going to good gigs. Actually the Matrix was allowing underagers in on tuesday but if they were caught drinking they were barred for life, which is fair enough. I don't know however if this will apply to future gigs. Anyway, the west marsh doesn't have fucked up electrics, they lied. despite us having the room booked for many months when I got there with the german band on tuesday they claimed to have cancelled it with us the previous week because thre was no power upstairs. we then found out that someone had gone upstairs through the back entrance expecting our gig and found an old rockerbilly band playing...they've screwed us over for the last time. Also as the matrix don't charge us for the room or PA we can charge you alot less!
